Bring back Upscaler Basic (Standard Enhance)

I’ve discovered you removed the Basic upscaler to replace it with the new Seedvr2. Unfortunatelly, the quality of the new upscaler is lower and in most images I’ve tried before you removed it, the result was way better with the Upscaler Basic. I don’t know what AI was under the Basic Standard Enhance but it was doing some very good job, the best I found for NSFW images, and it’s sad to close the access to it completely.
