I want the image editor to generate high-resolution outputs natively so I don't have to rely on upscalers, which can misinterpret fine details like freckles.
Please note that we already have models that support 4K generation, such as Nano Banana Pro and the General model.
The quality of results in other models is determined by the model itself, not by our settings. In the near future, we are planning to introduce workflows for users, where you will be able to generate an image and upscale it right away.
For now, you can use the models that already support 4K generation.
