No Scrolling

I am unable to scroll up and down on app.zencreator.pro and therefore impedes a lot of its performance. I tried using the Up/Down arrow keys, clearing cookies, using a different browser, disabling extensions, using Incognito, resetting my computer, but none of those things fixes the problem of lack of ability to scroll to navigate the website. So I believe this is a bug within the website.
