No Scrolling

I am unable to scroll up and down on app.zencreator.pro and therefore impedes a lot of its performance. I tried using the Up/Down arrow keys, clearing cookies, using a different browser, disabling extensions, using Incognito, resetting my computer, but none of those things fixes the problem of lack of ability to scroll to navigate the website. So I believe this is a bug within the website.

    At this time, we haven't received any similar reports, and we don't see an issue on our end.

    To help us understand exactly what's happening, could you please clarify a couple of things:

    1. Where specifically are you experiencing the scrolling issue - is it in the tool settings or in the templates?

    2. What device and browser are you currently using?
