Wan 3.0 V2V rejects ~29s uploads (2–15s limit) so 30s output is blocked

When using Video-to-Video on Wan 3.0, uploading a source clip of about 29 seconds shows an error that the video must be between 2 and 15 seconds. That cap makes it impossible to run a full 30-second generation from a matching-length reference, even though Wan 3.0 advertises 30-second output.

Steps

Open Wan 3.0 video-to-video.

Upload a reference video of ~29 seconds.

Try to generate a 30-second clip.

Result: Upload is rejected (duration must be 2–15s).

Expected: Accept reference video up to 30 seconds, or allow 30s output from a longer source.

A fix would be nice
