ZenCreator is an AI content creation platform for adults only. This policy applies to everything you do on the platform — prompts, uploads, inputs, edits, and outputs. It's part of our Terms & Conditions.

Age requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use ZenCreator. The platform is not intended for minors in any capacity.

What's never allowed

Content involving minors

You may not create, upload, edit, request, or distribute:

  • Any content involving minors

  • Any content that depicts or sexualizes persons under 18

  • Any content presenting a person who appears under 18 in a sexual or nude context — even if described as 18+

Violations of this rule result in immediate permanent account termination and may be reported to the relevant authorities, including the U.S. National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) where applicable. These decisions are final and not subject to appeal.

Non-consensual and exploitative content

You may not create, upload, edit, request, or distribute:

  • Non-consensual sexual content of any kind

  • Sexual violence, coercion, or rape scenarios

  • Non-consensual intimate imagery — real or AI-generated

  • Revenge porn, blackmail content, or privacy-invasive sexual material

  • Incest or content sexualizing family relationships

  • Bestiality or any sexual content involving animals

Real people

If your content involves a real person's image, likeness, voice, or identity, you must have all required rights, permissions, and consents for your intended use.

You may not use ZenCreator to impersonate, deceive, harass, defame, or exploit any real person, and you may not create intimate or sexual content depicting an identifiable real person — whether the content is real, edited, or fully synthetic (including "deepfake" face or body replacement).

Uploaded images are automatically screened, and recognized public figures generate an elevated-risk signal. If you're depicted in content on ZenCreator without your consent, report it — such reports are treated with priority.

Other prohibited content

You may not use ZenCreator for:

  • Illegal content or unlawful activity

  • Hate speech, harassment, threats, or incitement to violence

  • Fraud, scams, or deceptive practices

  • Infringement of privacy, copyright, trademark, or other rights

  • Malware, phishing, or attempts to bypass platform safety or technical restrictions

How we enforce this policy

All accounts are subject to automated pre-moderation: prompts and uploaded images are screened before generation using multiple independent detection systems, including AI text classifiers and face analysis with age estimation. Requests classified as prohibited are blocked before any content is generated.

Every moderation signal is recorded against the account. Accounts that accumulate risk are flagged and reviewed by our moderation team and may be placed under enhanced moderation. Depending on the situation, we may block content, suspend or terminate accounts, refuse transactions, request additional verification, or respond to complaints and lawful requests from authorities.

Unintended AI outputs

Generative AI is probabilistic: despite pre-generation screening and other safeguards, ZenCreator may occasionally produce unintended results, including content that may unexpectedly resemble prohibited categories, even from innocuous prompts. Outputs are machine-generated and don't represent statements or views of ZenCreator.

If an output appears to violate this policy — including any depiction of a person who appears under 18 — don't use, save, or share it: delete it and report it to abuse@zencreator.pro. An isolated, good-faith, unintentional generation that you promptly discard and don't attempt to reproduce won't, by itself, be treated as your violation of this policy. Deliberate attempts to obtain prohibited content are a violation regardless of the result.

Appeals

If you believe a moderation or enforcement action was applied in error, you may appeal by contacting support@zencreator.com with your account email and a description of the action. Appeals are reviewed by a human reviewer. Decisions concerning zero-tolerance categories (including CSAM and non-consensual intimate content) are final.
